By applying for or accepting a role through VB Enterprise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in a remote capacity.
Nature of Engagement. Roles offered are independent, task-based or part-time/full-time remote work arrangements, and do not by default constitute formal employment with VB Enterprise.
No Fees to Work. VB Enterprise never charges applicants a fee to apply for, access, or begin any role.
Your Responsibilities:
Payment & Termination. Payouts run on a weekly cycle for verified work (see our Refund Policy for details). Either party may end the arrangement at any time; VB Enterprise may suspend access in cases of misuse or fraud.
VB Enterprise does not charge applicants or workers any fee to access training, tasks, or role assignments. This Refund Policy applies to the limited cases where a payment is made to VB Enterprise, such as optional paid resources you choose to purchase.
Payouts Owed to Workers. This policy does not affect your right to be paid for completed, verified work. Payment disputes relating to task payouts should be raised with support@vbenterprise.com and are handled separately.
Eligibility for Refunds. Where a paid resource has been purchased directly from VB Enterprise, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided it has not been substantially used.
How to Request. Email support@vbenterprise.com with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
